A Century of Scouting: The Boy Scouts in Stockbridge

in the downstairs hall and museum

boy-scout-front-cover398Josh Hall, Assistant Archivist, has put together an exhibit downstairs to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Boy Scouts of America.  There have been troops in Stockbridge since the organization began in 1910.  The display in the hall shows some scouting activities over the years and discusses how things were done in Stockbridge.  A second display in the Museum & Archives shows the connections between Norman Rockwell and Scouting.
