Annual Library Book Sale

The library’s annual book sale  is scheduled for a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in July on the front lawn of the library. Hours are 9 to 6 each day. There is a $5 preview fee for the preview period on Friday, from 9am until 1 pm. No fee is charged at other times.

  The sale typically includes around 16,000 books, CDs, and DVDs. Books are in good condition and sorted into more than 30 categories, including  history, gardening, art and decorating, crafts and hobbies, biography, children’s fiction and nonfiction, adult fiction, and mysteries.  Most books are priced between $.50 and $2.00

 A small number of used books are on sale at the library throughout the year.

The library is grateful for donations of books for sale. It accepts adult and children fiction and nonfiction  (Please,  no textbooks.)  Books must be in good condition (no mildew) and can be dropped at the library any time of the year.
