Financial Literacy Seminar

Join us on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room at the Stockbridge Town Offices (50 Main Street) for a financial literacy seminar with Jon Budish, retired Wall Street bond trader.  Mr. Budish will address a variety of financial topics, including what you should know about budgeting; investing; risk and acceptance of market volatility; retirement; and making income last a lifetime.  Above all, his aim is to help you take the mystery (and worry) out of money by fully understanding your financial estate and legacy.  The presentation will be followed by a Q&A and discussion; all ages are welcome.

BudishJon Budish received his BA and MBA  from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  He recently retired after working on Wall Street for 35 years as a bond trader.  He has been involved in many start-up companies, primarily in the medical robotic sector.  He recently started a student investment club at Monument Mountain High School in Great Barrington.  Mr. Budish lives with his wife in Stockbridge and New Jersey.
