Garden Irrigation Workshop

Did you ever consider installing a simple, unobtrusive irrigation system in your home garden?  Master Gardener Tom Farley, designer of the Library’s wonderful gardens, will lead a hands-on workshop on irrigating the home garden.  This is an easy-to-learn procedure and we’ll learn by doing, working with Tom Farley’s professional staff to install an irrigation system for the Library.
The workshop will convene at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 16 at the Library.  You’ll learn the basics in the first morning and may stay for as long or short a time as you wish.  The complete installation is expected to take from two to two and a half days, with work days running from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Tuition for the workshop – a contribution to the Library – is $50.  Registration is limited to 12 persons.  For more information, please call the Library at 412-298-5501.
