Journeying with Catharine Maria Sedgwick’s Life and Letters

The Procter Museum & Archives is pleased to welcome the Catharine Maria Sedgwick Society for a symposium on the occasion of its 20th Anniversary and the 150th Anniversary of Sedgwick’s death in 1867.

The public is invited to attend the symposium’s keynote address, “Journeying with Catharine Maria Sedgwick’s Life and Letters,” delivered by Dr. Mary C. Kelley, Ruth Bordin Collegiate Professor of History, University of Michigan, and author of The Power of Her Sympathy: The Autobiography and Journal of Catharine Maria Sedgwick.  Reception to follow.
