Morning of Mindfulness – for Kids

Get ready for back to school with a morning focused on mindfulness. Elementary age children are invited to join us for stories about mindfulness, breathing and yoga instruction and the creation of a mindfulness jar that can be taken home. August 17, 2019; 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
