February Cookbook Club – A Very Chinese Cookbook by K & J Pang

We invite all home chefs and those who love cooking to join us for our February Cookbook Club meeting!  We’ll be cooking from A Very Chinese Cookbook: 100 recipes from China & not China (but still really Chinese) by Kevin Pang & Jeffrey Pang (father-son hosts of Hunger Pangs

Here’s how the Cookbook Club works:

  • Each of us will prepare a recipe from this month’s cookbook. Copies are available at the library to check out.
  • We will meet in person at the Library to share and discuss the dishes we prepared. It always proves to be quite the delicious feast!
