January Cookbook Club – Red Lion Inn Cookbook by Suzi Forbes Chase

This month, we’ll meet on the 2nd Thursday as the 1st Thursday is New Year’s Day.

We invite all home chefs and budding culinarians to join us for our January Cookbook Club meeting!  We’ll be cooking from Red Lion Inn Cookbook by Suzi Forbes Chase.

Here’s how the Cookbook Club works:

  • Each of us will prepare a recipe from this month’s cookbook. Copies are available at the library to check out.
  • We will meet in person at the Library to share and discuss the dishes we prepared. It always proves to be a gastronomic feast!
