September Cookbook Club – The Complete Salad Cookbook by America’s Test Kitchen

We invite all home chefs and budding culinarians to join us for our September Cookbook Club meeting! We’ll be cooking from The Complete Salad Cookbook by America’s Test Kitchen.

Here’s how the Cookbook Club works:

Each of us will prepare a recipe from this month’s cookbook. Copies are available at the library to check out.
We will meet in person at the Library to share and discuss the dishes we prepared. It always proves to be a gastronomic feast!
