Crafting A Spending Plan for Retirement with Luke Delorme, CFP, ChFC

During this presentation, Luke will walk through a seven-step process for estimating a projected withdrawal rate in retirement. We will talk about what is generally sustainable, and what steps can be made to create a more sustainable plan if it is necessary.

Luke Delorme, CFP, ChFC is the Director of Financial Planning at Tableaux Wealth in Stockbridge.

Luke has been a thought leader in financial and retirement planning, publishing articles in the Journal of Financial Planning, the American Association of Individual Investors, the Journal of Nonprofit Management, and with the Center for Retirement Research at Boston College. He is working on an expanded and updated version of his book on retirement planning, with a target publication date in early 2025. He writes a monthly column in the Berkshire Eagle.

Luke has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and an MBA from Boston College, where he received the Wall Street Journal award for the top finance student. Luke was raised in Burlington, VT and now lives in Great Barrington, MA with his wife, two daughters, and 15-year-old dog Yogi. He enjoys biking, running, and hiking, and frequently competes in the Josh Billings triathlon. Luke has been a Certified Financial Planner® professional since 2019.
