For the month of August, you’re welcome to view the photography of Nancy Fagelman in our lobby.
I moved to Stockbridge seven years ago leaving behind an award-winning and time-consuming garden with a koi water garden, a perennial garden, and a shade garden with paths and bonsai on pedestals.
I have always enjoyed taking photos but in a very casual way. Now with extra time, I switched to photography as my artistic outlet. I began taking classes with Thad Kubis using my Nikon camera with several different lenses. In addition, I learned how to use the iPhone Pro Max 13. This has given me the ability to take photos when I see photo opportunities.
My areas of interest are portraits and nature, especially using a macro lens for close-up shots.
I thank the Stockbridge Library for giving me the chance to display my photos.
