Homeland: Mohican Artists in the Procter Gallery

Stockbridge Library will be featuring artists from the Stockbridge-Munsee Community of Mohicans in Wisconsin from September through November. The show opened on September 8 and will remain on view in the Procter Gallery on the lower level at the entrance to the Museum and Archives through the end of November.

Featured artists will be Reva Fuhrman, showing exquisitely beaded objects such as belts, purses, and birds, and Rebecca Burr, showing oil on canvas landscapes of a magical river and birch tree filled Homeland. Reproductions of artwork by Terri O’Connor will be available for purchase.
