Our Online Poetry Series returns on Tuesday, October 18 at 12:00 p.m. with Holly Iglesias.

 

Holly Iglesias is the author of three poetry collections—Sleeping Things, Angles of Approach, and Souvenirs of a Shrunken World—and a critical work, Boxing Inside the Box: Women’s Prose Poetry. Her awards include fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts, the North Carolina Arts Council, the Edward Albee Foundation, and the Massachusetts Cultural Council. Her current projects are Theories of Flight, an intergenerational memoir, and Dear Everybody, 1947, poems based on correspondence between her mother and the friends she met while working at a defense plant in St. Louis during WWII.
