The Stockbridge Library is pleased to offer virtual gentle chair yoga! Please join us for a half-hour session with yoga instructor, Michael Pulitzer, Jr. Gentle Chair Yoga offers participants an opportunity to be grounded in the body and uplifted with the breath. Working to access energy, ease in sensation and movement, and stilling the patterns of the mind to achieve benefits helpful to everyday living, Gentle Chair Yoga is accessible and inclusive.
Michael uses a folding chair to instruct and lead the class. We recommend the ‘speakerview’ setting on Zoom during class. Please have a chair ready when you join the meeting.
Michael Pulitzer, Jr. teaches at Kripalu Yoga in the Berkshires, in Western MA with the Berkshire Kripalu Community at the Phoenix House program for the Pittsfield Community Correction Center. He has completed the 500 hour Kripalu professional yoga teacher training in January 2015.

and TV Broadcasting, finishing up at WXII-TV as station Manager in March 2009.
